Another amazing book!

I enjoy these books! I find that I can easily get lost in the story and I feel invested in the characters life’s. Karina Espinosa has become one of my favorite authors. Here we will see how Mackenzie becomes the Queen of the lycans and a new threat is at her door. Like always this has a little bite of everything expect steam it wasn’t really needed because the storyline keeps you invested.

Don’t want these books to end

I love these books . Wish I could afford all of them at once but have to buy as I can but you can bet I’ll be getting every last one . I find myself falling inside the story.

The little surprise that will change her life.

The adventure will continue. Mckenzie is going to be a mom. She is not ready for this adventure but she have getting ready quickly.

I want Moore.

Need books 2 & 3 ! Nicole Poole is great as always . Audible hurry and get the next book in the series done.

Riveting dialogue

The intense scenes were great. Story great. Plot was brilliant . Loved the reader and can't wait for the next book.

Narration very enjoyable

I’m at a loss at the previous reviews. Nicole Pool has a very pleasant voice. She brings the characters in the story to life. I can’t make a fair assessment of this author just yet. I just found this book and chose it because Nicole Pool’s voice is soothing. I can’t stand all those nasal, high pitched narrations that most of the recommended books seem to have.

overall it has always been an amazing story. I just can't for the life of me understand why she still hold things from her dad or Bash? I feel like she should have evolved a bit more, but I still enjoy Mckenzie.

Politics is a viper pit of corruption!

It’s intriguing watching the new queen learn how to play the politics game within the castle walls. At the same time she’s figuring out who the dangerous people are and what their agenda is.

On a side note, most of the male characters sound like they have a stuffed nose! With the exception of Sebastian, ALL of the others sound like their noses are totally blocked, making it hard to focus on the story and not the poor man/men who clearly can’t breathe or enunciate the dialogue! Distracting!

How dumb can someone be?

How dumb are they, they can't identify a valkyrie even after watching so many movies in this modern/human era. To call them angels, even after learning that Loki's son is the bad guy.

Couldn’t listen.

Narrator sounded like my grandmother and I felt gross about it. Feel bad giving the story a two star since I only listen to the first chapter or so
