Publisher's Summary

The epic showdown between the last Isador queen and House Skye begins.

Strengthened by her new queen sib, Shara Isador plans to return to her mansion-in-progress for some much needed rest. She especially wants to get to know her new twin Blood and fears she may have made a mistake in taking them. She does not love them. Yet.

However, the sun god and the queen of New York City have other plans.

The snares are set to capture the young but extremely powerful vampire queen. Someone inside Zaniyah's nest has betrayed them, and Shara's trusted butler calls to inform her that a large package has arrived - from Marne Ceresa, the queen of Rome. A trap, surely. Or could the unknown gift be an olive branch from the feared Triune queen?

Contains mature themes.

I love this entire series

I love a well written reverse harem, especially when its done to such perfection. I don't think I can do with out these books, there's so much good story AND sex with this!!!! Thats such a rare combo, its like what I would've wanted my version of hunger games to be. You know with vampires.

Nothing more to say besides INCREDIBLE!!!

One of my favorites series in audiobook!!! I tried to read these books in between and I immediately missed Tristan and Cassandra's voices haha. I instantly purchase these, there is no need to worry if they will be amazing. The answer is always YES ❤️❤️❤️.

So Tristan and Cassandra were on point for this audiobook. I loved the New Yorker accent that Cassandra surprised us with. I equally loved the new twins' voices from Tristan. I will say there were a couple goofs were Rik had the twins accent and Shara had Maite's accent. But they were very small and far in between. They did a superb job and I will keep them at the top 5 list for a long time.

In terms of the story, I didn't think it could get better and better but it has! Joely Sue Burkhart is an incredible writer and storyteller and I hope she never stops. Amazing job as always. I will say its tough for Shara to have so many bloods because they don't get all the same air time. I was kinda say Shen and Nevair didn't get a lot this time, but maybe in future books they will. I am super intrigued by the ending and what that means for Shara and her court, sibs, blood, nest, etc. I want to know more about the new guy we met at Keisha's nest and how people recover from the vile things at the end of the book. I loved the lead up to the confrontation, the sassiness and epic cunning/amazingness Shara had to get to that moment. I love their take on her being the lover of monsters and she never lies. Again, I can't stop rambling about this series because I get so lost in the story and don't want to come out. Love, love, love. Also, cant wait to see about the unicorns with a certain adorable princess haha.

Read/listen to this series now, you will love Shara and all her men. I seriously cant pick a favorite, they all bring something to the table. Shara and her powers keep getting more intricate and powerful, and the back story and new side story details we get with each book is perfectly timed/paced. Ok, enough gushing for now. On to the next book 😍

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SERIES AND ALWAYS WILL!!

It was exactly what I expected since I have been listening to this series for three previous books before however I wish this one had something more to it not to say it didn't have some great scenes it just wasn't as new or different than before I do though plan on immediately purchasing every and any books the author continues to record and release in this series and I truly hope that she doesn't wait to long because it is hard remembering a story and all its characters and what exactly happened last after so much time has passed since the last one was listened to but as I stated before it's an automatic download for me and I already purchased the current last book to be currently recorded on audible which is book 5 of the series and I just finished listening to book 4 :) I am extremely grateful to this author for her absolutely amazing and original stories in this series with lots of fangs , vampires and just about every single paranormal animal no to the fantasy genre!
OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE by both narrators as usual;)!!!!

AMAZING!

I love this audiobook. I love the fact that the main character isn't weak at all. she haves her moments of doubt but that's expected. If this could be turned to a small tv series or movie and put on by Netflix or HBO oooh how this would blow all of the other shows away.
