Interesting Story

This fantasy novel has many unexpected we turns. The author never disappoints when it comes to the characters and the plot. An excellent book, and I look forward to the sequel.

A little voice speaking directly to my soul
It’s some strange power only he has

This story teller is imbued with a deeper power than the others
He hits the mark of our better self

I’m sorry there will be a six months wait until Mr. Wheeler’s next book is due
It might not even be the second book of this series
His mind is so prolific, jumping from one world to another one
Every world and everybody has become important to me
So wait it is
It’s predictable
It is well worth it

Always a pleasure to go through a Jeff wheeler book, I enjoyed this one immensely.

Strong Characters

The story was very compelling. i completely enjoyed the chemistry of the characters and the narrator did a good job as usual. I also enjoyed the storyline resembling the Bible. The story was interesting and kept my attention. I will be happy for book 2. Waiting impatiently..

Another Engaging and action packed adventure!

Jeff Wheeler has once again created a wonderful, visual world with magic, creatures, and characters which engage the reader right from the beginning, feeling new, yet familiar and connected to prior Beloved tales. I am excited to follow this series through to its conclusion.

Jeff wheeler has become one of my favorite authors. And Kate Rudd is great at reading these books. She’s one of my favorites and I would like to listen to anything that she narrates
