Junior Ty McDermott is a star quarterback for his high school team in Northeast Georgia, where his football career has progressed smoothly and successfully. But when his businessman father accepts a new executive job and subsequently moves his family to a town in Central New Jersey, Ty's football career suddenly hits a rocky road. Ty must now unexpectedly and ardently compete for the starting quarterback position at his new high school.
