Waiting for the next book.

I have purchased a lot of books within a series and I would like Audible to keep tract of the series a bit better. When a new book comes out that is a continuation of a series I have already purchased let me know.

well executed sequel

I loved this sequel but it took so long since I read the first one that I struggled a little to remember all the details of the first book. This book is still action packed and I cannot wait for the last one.

Enjoyable sequel

Great story with lots of action. A couple twists and turns I didn't see coming which is always fun.
Worth giving it a try. I am looking forward to the next book.

Many riddles left remaining.

Lucas is on the hunt for a USB drive containing vital information on a vaccine. The Cartel & “The Crew” want the info too, but for totally opposite reasons. Lucas, Ruby, Sierra, and Eve head back to Dukes for rest and restock. Afterwards, Lucas heads out to find the people to help decrypt the information they have now obtained. One problem after another. Good story with well-developed interesting characters. Book three may solve all the remaining riddles.

Well written story that ends in a cliffhanger

There are lots of action and suspense, but a cliffhanger ending. It is the very nature of post apocalyptic series that the story does not end until the last book. I wonder how many books there will be in this series. The series is set in the near future . The protagonist, Lucas, is an ex Texas Ranger. Narration is great!

Good story but a lot of inaccuracies

And AR 15 and a M4 use the exact same magazines there are no differences.

Anyone carrying a 1911 style 45 will not need to "cock the hammer" once the pistol is drawn

It appears the author is not a complete firearms buff but the story is pretty good.

Eeeeehhhhhhhh

It's ok. Worth listening to but at the bottom of books I enjoy. The redirect between characters isn't very realistic
