Good Storyline, AI FAILURE

The storyline was cute if not hallmark movieish. Some parts were predictable but the characters made you want to continue. The narration however was AWFUL! AI read it just as robotically as you would expect. Phrasing and timing was off. Emphasis was not put in the correct spots. I would not have been able to finish the book if I did not read the majority of it.

Virtual Voice is tedious

The story was ok. Predictable but ok. I'm sure it would have been much better with a real live narrator.

The lead male character is great, the perfect guy!

I love Brock and Eric, however the lead female character Layla is honestly pretty horrible. I just can’t like her at all….

AI voice is the same for all characters. It also lacks the warmth and inflection of a human voice.

The book has promised but needs a little more depth. While too much detal can be overwhelming it confusing if the details are too few. This book needs more details.

really bad narration

The story was cute, but the computerized narration was beyond awful. It was really hard to understand which character was being portrayed as there was no change of voice depth. maybe if they had used a computerized woman's voice as well as a computerized man's voice, it would have been better. I was kind of excited for the new series, but the narration was so bad I decided it just wasn't worth the time.

Cute hockey romance

Narrator was a virtual voice and I a real person narrator will improve it. Story plot was cute and sweet.

Terrible narration. Annoyingly distrustful heroine

I am so aggravated with the female character. Nothing the male lead has done deserves her insane level of distrust. The fact that she won't even heat him out. Just believes the worst of him. And male characters lacl of stength in attempting to deal with the lies being spread by his ex-girlfriend. If this had neen in book form i would have thrown it across the room several times. So frustrating. Virtual voice lacks inflection and gender.

Good storyline, Not good narration

Did not like the automated, flat tone of virtual narrator. Does Not go well with action or romance genre.

It was a good book. I like the story.

This is a story but I hated the computer generated voice. It should have been a mam and a women. That way it would have been a better listen.

Story was OK

Everything escalated a little too quickly for my liking, but the worst part by far the narration. She sounds like she’s there’s no influx or anything in her voice.
