The narrator has embodied this illuminating book with the intent to equip listeners with the necessary tools to protect themselves from such attacks. The instructions were realistic and makes sense. This detail and significant audio is easy to follow and understand. I found the tips and tricks to be effective. Listening to this proactive guide is soothing and empowering. I enjoyed it!
