It’s a short book but anything that has to do with psychology I love. I’m a counseling grad student and this little book is great.

Audio/narration was way too choppy and just distracted way too much from content. Being a psych major and already being familiar with much of the base knowledge being presented, I did enjoy the author's presentation and personal stories, but the narration made skip the last chapter altogether out of frustration due to the distraction. Multiple changes in volume, recording quality, and tone throughout each chapter (often part way through a thought or story as well). it was just too distracting for me and became irritating towards the end.
