this was interesting, I liked but was hoping there was more to it, I love reading and listening to anything about the bible, however I feel this was more of an Appetizer then an entree I would love to maybe hear more from this author however I want "meat" a good hearty lesson. the narrator was good clear voice. I received a review copy at my request and have voluntarily left this honest review.

YES!

For some time now, I've been reading Proverbs in a variety of translations with the goal of first thinking Proverbs, then acting accordingly. This book appears to be an EXCELLENT step along that path!

Enjoyed hearing the word as I traveled across the Southwest. RV is amazing adventure especially when Gods Word is riding among for the ride

not what I expected

I expected a verse or 2 & then a breakdown of its meaning but this is simply a verse reading. Narration is pretty good & easy to listen to. Overall worth adding to your library.

Wisdom on the go!

I'm giving this book 4 stars overall because I feel that it is a great book...On paper. However listening to it, without being able to at least follow along visually, was very difficult for me. The narrator seemed very robotic, giving no real feeling or emotions with the quotes. I don't fault him for this though, because the book is not set up to be told like a story. It is simply, just quotes, split into categories. Don't get me wrong, I did like the book, I just feel that it's not able to live up to it's full potential as an audiobook.

Proverbs gods book of common sense that we all need to hear

Although most of the things in Proverbs or commonsense or rather should be common sense it is always good to read again. Proverbs has always been my favorite book of the Bible I love reading a proverb a day to see how the proper pertains to my life and it always seems to. I know there is probably a word for that but I don’t need to know what this is something I enjoy doing and it makes me feel closer to God. I gave this book 5 stars because originally it was authored by God… So… Yeah five stars definitely!
