Publisher's summary

Even in the realm of magick, they only think fairytales are fairytales, but what if they are not just fairytales? What if they were real? King Arthur, Morgana, and Merlin. What if they were all real?

In this book, things only ever real in storybooks come to life, and it is not all sunshine and daisies. It is heartbreaking and deadly. Can the school survive what’s to come, and can our heroes all live through the events that will take place? Will Merlin really come back, and is he really as he has been portrayed for centuries, or does he have his own dark past? Only one way to find out, and that is to go on this adventure and find out what is in store.

Clara Cameron only ever thought she was a normal witch who attended the most upscale school of magick in New England. She had a crush on Daniel Smith Jr., a boy who she had been smitten with since she was a little girl, and much to her surprise, he had the same feelings for her as well. Little does she know that her whole world is about to change and that everyone she loves will be in danger. Things from her past will be uncovered, with more surprises in story for them all.

Ear grabbing and suspenseful

This story had me on the edge of my set keeping my attention the whole time! The narrator for the story helped bring the story to life more giving each character a personality and life of their own matching that of the author. This different way of telling the story of Merlin was new and incredible. I cannot wait to hear the second book!
I will definitely be recommending this book to everyone that loves dark fantasy and dark romance. It is a must!
The few things that I did notice were the few grammatical errors from the author but that did not take away from the story. I understood they had an editor and even then the editor missed them. It’s not a big deal and still made for an exciting read!
