Sr. Reid invites the listener to notice how the marginalized and the poor play such a large role in the story of Jesus. She challenges the listener to question what is it to be a preacher, a catechist, an evangelizer, a lecturer, and a minister of the Eucharist or a faithful hearer of the word in the pews every Sunday. She points out that the image of Jesus as prophet occurs more in Luke’s Gospel then any other gospel.
