Kinda Helpful

This audiobook is pretty good but it really needs a better narrator. It did help me a little.

Couldn't stay with it

The southern accent, bad grammar, and mispronounced words both prevented me from, and pulled me out of relaxation. The text is all things everyone knows about procrastination already, and there was a heavy focus on work, with almost no mention of general life. It just didn't do it for me.

Starts out well…

Starts out like it’s going to be a hypnosis session but then morphs into a full on lecture that goes on for far too long. It’s too bad because the narrator has a pleasant voice. Should have been divided into chapters with each set up as a hypnosis session.

I like the narrator's voice and the presented ideas. The voice is very soft and calming and the ideas are adequate and in my opinion not too hard to follow.

I've brought many meditations and hypnosis but this one is the best it's straight to the point and the lady has a beautiful voice and easy to listen to I love their mind and find all their tracks fantastic I'll give it 10 out of 10 if I could

Takes a few attempts but works

What can I say? I’m writing a review, which I usually mean to do but didn’t procrastinate. I do feel I’m getting moving now, without thought. I try to start the day listening to set

Really helpful, actionable

The meditation and self hypnosis are fantastic - really relaxing and help focus and action. Also excellent practical steps to make taking action and overcoming procrastination.
