PHENOMENAL!!!!!!

I love everything James Patterson writes, but this book was truly amazing! Action. Adventure. Love. It has everything you could ask for and more!

Great story HORRIBLE NARRATOR

This was an excellent addition to the private series. (Probably one of the best) the problem with it is the narrator. His vocal inflections throughout the story were horrible. He would start off a sentence loudly and his voice would trail off. This caused me having to rewind this book constantly to try to catch the words I had miss due to the faltering vocals. Very annoying at times.

We listened to this audible book called Princess by James Patterson on our trip home to Fl.

Overall the book was exciting, and captivating.
The readers were very clear and gave the listener a feeling of emotion.
It made my husband and I imagine we were watching a movie on our long ride home of Florida from NY.

Relieved and Encouraged

Definitely an improvement from 'The Royals.' I am relieved and encouraged to believe that not all Private stories are doomed to triteness and flatness. Perhaps different co-writers make the difference. The storyline is Private all the way. Situation. Serious situation. Private to the rescue. Private succeeds leaving traditional sources in the dust. This particular story is believable, dynamic and somewhat riveting. It has its moments of high drama, mystery and intense action. Only twice did I wonder why I was continuing to read this book. In the end, it was worth trudging through the rough spots. I was not engaged enough to read this one again. Not great, but not too bad. I guess I am hopeful that they will all be as fabulous as the first installments.

Very good and exciting story. I really enjoyed it. Love all of Patterson’s books. Would recommend it to all my friends.

Best of the series

I loved this private book the best. It was suspenseful and kept me up until the wee hours of the night listening and hanging on to every word.

Patterson continues to churn out action adventures with many twists and turns in the plot. This novel is no exception.

Not one a great Private Novel

I have to agree with others that say the narration is not good quality. The loudness varies to the point that I am changing the volume a lot and probably missing some things as I'm driving. The story seemed to be over half way through the book so another storyline was created. I am a huge James Patterson fan but not sure he participated in this one. I usually love his books - all of the different series, including Private - but this one was a disappointment. If I didn't have a six hour drive and needed entertainment, I would not have listened to the entire novel.

The narrator dropped his voice at the end of sentences making it hard to understand.
