ORION

I’m torn between two women: they’re as different as night and day, yet I want them both.

Frankie, the sensitive, single mom. Watching her care for her son damn near has me ready to give up my bachelor lifestyle.

Then there’s my Bluebird, the stripper who’s captivated me since the moment I laid eyes on her.

One woman is my soulmate and the other is my every fantasy come to life…I know I can’t have them both, but how am I supposed to choose?

FRANKIE

I feel like I’m living two lives: the sweet single mom by day and the sexy stripper by night.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine myself shaking my ass on stage for a bunch of horny men. Yet, here I am, doing just that. But it’s all worth it, if it means I can give my son the childhood I never had.

I can’t afford any distractions, especially of the tall, dark, and handsome variety. Which is why my oh-so-tempting roommate is totally off-limits and can never know that his precious Bluebird and I are one and the same.

3.5 Stars

I have loved this series, and while I enjoyed this one as well, there was an unbelievability about it. If you can get past that, the characters are great, and it was fun seeing the previous characters. The love is sweet. The audiobook was well done, brining the characters and story to life. There aren't any other side people to follow, but I'd love to come back to this world again.

Meh

Storyline is about a single parent who is wanting to make it on her own. She is pulling off a night job as a stripper and day time as a student. Her parents are jerks. Her brother is kind but way to busy to be a real supportive even if she accepted it.
On nights she has a client who sparks something in her. Making her bend the rules.
They end up meeting each other in the daytime and she flips while he has no idea who she is. In he’s mind.
They become friends and then more. Him wanting more and she does not.

This was kinda bleh. Not my taste. I gotta say, him not able to tell she was the stripper was so silly. All she had on was makeup on. Makeup… kinda a flaw in this story.
I felt like this could of been more but maybe it was just me. I could not get into it and I tried. Like a one tone story. Started out looking promising then when they met in person. No more excitement. Throw in a stalker or more drama when she was trying to find a new house. Something. Every time a problem came. It got solved with no hardship. I don’t know. Not my cup of tea, or cup of coffee.

Had some steam. Slow burn and the steam was ok. Not bad not great. More near the end of book.
Readers were not awful. They won’t go on my favorites list. But not the worst.
