If we embrace these elements, we can conjure more moments that matter. What if a teacher could design a lesson that he knew his students would remember 20 years later? What if a manager knew how to create an experience that would delight customers? What if you had a better sense of how to create memories that matter for your children?

Any additional comments?
This was a great book and as a peer group of business owners we used this book as a project and researched into our own businesses. This was really well thought out and very real insight.
I would highly recommend this to any business owner or consultant. It's a very interesting look on the maturity of companies.and how to gauge them.

In the last 18 years I have transitioned through many of these stages. At this moment we are in the as the book calls it the predictable success stage. I can see now how easy it would be to slip or drive the company into one of the less desire able stages. Knowing is so encouraging! :)

Brilliant book
Having been in businesses for over 25 years, I recognise all the insights Les McKeown identifies in this fabulous book. I only challenge his thoughts on innovation and risk. There are ways of managing the risks associated with innovation in ways he doesn’t address, which would truly make this work a masterpiece.
