Then return to New Orleans to reunite Charlie with his money - and not to get butchered in the process.

Really good!

I dearly love all the First Mountain Man books that I have heard and read. Shame there aren't more real people like Preacher. Also thoroughly enjoyed the narrator.

A great western adventure of the frontier .

I enjoyed the way this book, took me on adventure in London room about history and people at the same time .

Another great mountain man story’s as long as this author keeps writing these books I will read and listen to them

bayou, cuba, swashbucklers, gators, cottonmouths...but the worst was greedy evil men and women .

nice very different setting and plot with good character development. preacher never fails to bring the heat and overcome all challenges.

Something a little different. Really enjoyed listening to it. And Jack did a great job narrating.

Best one the series in a while. Was getting a little stagnant but this one worth the listen.
