Publisher's Summary
This is an introductory guide for people who quite like the idea of getting on a bike. It does not tell you how to use a power meter or what ratio of protein to carbs you have to eat after a grueling turbo session.
It's just about bikes, and cycling, and fun, and leisure, and safety.
It's a no-nonsense, down-to-earth look at bike rules and how to stay safe.
Bicycle riders on public roads have the same rights and responsibilities as motorists and are subject to the same rules and regulations. This is the perfect guide to learn these rules.

A rare and useful book
Bicycle riders have the same rights and responsibilities on the road as other road users. There are also special road rules that only apply to bicycle riders. This is why such a book is very useful.

Really poor narrator, hard to listen because of it
Really poor narrator, hard to listen because of it. He is struggling to read this book, and I'm struggling to listen.
