A collection of affirmations
I liked this book and that it is positive and motivational to help get the mindset through chronic pain. I’ve been suffering with CRPS for 8 years now and there are a few of the quotes that sounds good and thought provoking. After about #24 the quotes are almost repetitive just worded differently which lost me every now and again. Would still recommend this book to try and help others.
