Great for teens!

Positive affirmations can have huge benefits on your confidence and overall lifestyle now an din the future. I have used them in the past and have had some of my best results professionally and in school. Teens can get a head start in life by preparing themselves through affirmations. Great audiobook!

Love this!

I absolutely loved this audiobook. This is a subject that needs to be talked about more and needs to be utilized. The importance of our youth can’t be overstated. The narrator does a great job as well. Totally recommend.

Wonderful audio book!

I absolutely love this book for our developing teens and young adults. There are far too many of our kids who struggle with low self-esteem and self-doubt and this book provides the ground work to strengthen their self-image. By applying these mindful phrases daily, our kids can grow to limitless bounds and achieve their highest desires in a positive way. Great book!

EMPOWERING & INSPIRING

Why do I love this book ?
Because it is a hands-on, here’s how, no fluff instruction guide to creating personal power. That’s why.
This Author does an excellent job of presenting the critical benefits of practicing Affirmations, which develop confidence, motivation, resilience, power & determination. Last but not least, these Affirmations greatly control that all important locomotive engine in our head called “ Self-Image”.
I will surely be replaying these affirmations in the morning as I get ready for my day.
Love the Power in this book.
A must read, for any age.

Key to your child’s development and success

I love affirmations, absolutely love them. I believe they are one of the most important tools for personal development and growth. And I’m not the only one who thinks that, many highly successful people use and attest their success to it, and it has been a foundation of many personal development book since the start of personal development books.

One of the best things a parents can do is get their child started on affirmations early in life. The earlier a person can get started, the more influence it will have on their brain, specially when their brain is forming. That’s why I highly recommend this book, it not only provides affirmations designed for teens but exercises they can follow along with. More than any other skill and therefore book, it will have the most impact teens or children of any age.

Essential for teens

This audiobook is a great choice to boost a teenager's confidence and coping skills. I liked how it wasn’t just a bunch of affirmations listed by the narrator. The book guides you through how to use affirmations in daily life.

Each chapter focuses on key areas like mindfulness, gratitude, goal setting, building relationships, and fostering kindness. The exercises are interactive and easy to follow. It's something teens can keep returning to when they need mental or emotional support.
