Some or all of our hosts are featured in our episodes along with the occasional special guest, ranging from product reviews, local business owners and or Fit Bodies gym members. The only thing that remains the same is good times.George Gori is the owner of Fit Bodies Unlimited and personal trainer for many years. He enjoys training his clients, talking with friends, working hard on a million and one projects and making pizzas for his family with his pizza oven which never has time to cool off.Jose Gutierrez - Manager of Fit Bodies Unlimited Yorktown, has been an airman with the United States Air Force for 18+ years. Jose enjoys good food especially sushi and good beer and long stays at the beach with family. He also enjoys training hard and talking for long periods of time on any subject you choose. Tonya Whatley is personal trainer, OCB figure competitor, mother and grandmother, with lots to say about fitness, food, family and fun. She enjoys family, friends and seeing people find their potential and reach their goals.Caleb Fisher produces The Fit Life Show and is heard and seen adding to discussions and sometimes moving discussions along. Caleb enjoys food, family and fun more than fitness but even he finds fitness fun now. Just not cardio! Some or all of these hosts are featured in our episodes along with the occasional special guest, ranging from product reviews, local business owners and or Fit Bodies gym members.
