The Imperfect Heroes Podcast is the creation of DJ Stutz, an Early Childhood Specialist with more than 20 years of teaching experience. DJ has an immense love for children and fully understands the challenges and concerns that come with parenting them. DJ and her guests share their knowledge and experience through thoughtful podcast episodes whose subject matter is designed to help you develop the confidence and peace to be a great parent and imperfect hero raising independent, productive, and happy children.

DJ speaks with Clinical Psychologist and Parenting Specialist, Rachel Bailey about how to support a child who is anxious, what you can do when they're melting down and more!  Rachel shares some terrific advice on how to help your children (and yourself) work through these BIG emotions and find productive ways to process them.

    Rachel Bailey is a Parenting Specialist who has been serving families for over a decade. Besides being a mother of two, she also has a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, a certification in Positive Discipline, and has provided services as an ADHD Coach, in-home mentor, and therapist. Through her podcast, programs, and services Rachel teaches parents hands-on tools for raising resilient, confident children and bringing flexibility, peace, and connection to families.

    Elizabeth Andreyeveskiy is a Mom of 3 boys and 1 girl who has been  married for 13 years and resides in Twin Cities, MN. Elizabeth became a stress coach for moms after struggling implementing gentle parenting because she was internally feeling burnout, overwhelmed and stressed. Now, through her website, coaching and her Emotionally Healthy Legacy podcast, Elizabeth teaches moms to prioritize their needs and ways to relax the nervous system as well as in the moment emotion regulation strategies to avoid emotional explosions.
