Knowing the names and functions of body parts keeps people healthy and safe. Words like vulva and vagina are not bad words – they are body parts just like elbow and knee. In addition to the external parts of an XX body, we discuss internal parts like the ovaries, fallopian tubes and uterus.

puberty really is complicated for all of us

I loved how they helped us to see that we were not alone in this puberty labyrinth, we all make mistakes and stick our feet in our mouths but we can all backtrack and try again because puberty, how we talk about it, and how our kids deal with it is different for everyone.
I just wish there were more episodes right now, because I'm going through it with my daughter and y'all have helped me to step back and breathe more than once.
