Shared Experiences, Help Heal Us All

I'm 35 years old, and I'm finally beggining the work of overcoming my childhood and adult traumas. Brene Brown has been a favorite author of mine, but I've just started to develop a love and appreciation for Oprah Winfrey and the truly heart warming work she does. Oprah's podcasts have created a space for people who have searched their soul's and who have overcome life's most painful and difficult challenges, to share their insights and wisdom with the. world. Oprah has Brought Connection through Vulnerability so we may all see Our True Value and experience Joy and happiness. Thank you so much Oprah for the work that you have done, that is helping me heal.
