I have experienced so many challenges and learned so many valuable lessons in my short life. I want to share these with you all! As well as find new challenges to learn even more along the way!

    I give you personal perspectives and experiences on a range of topics! From Training and Recovery to Mindset and Attitude. As well as Some self love and learning to respect yourself and your body!

    I can also talk endless amounts of shit so whatever the topic I'm sure Ill keep you entertained for the 60mins of time you give me!

    I am finally back after having a few weeks off. During that time I put a bunch of effort into researching and planning out this topic so I hope you guys enjoy it.
