Enjoyable Pirate Story

☠️ Pirate Captain Jean Luc Boudreaux is a legend and a charmer, stealing more than just treasure while on his adventures.
🏴‍☠️ Captain Eleanor “Hellfire” Drake also known as a pirate queen runs an all female crew, what will she think about the infamous Captain Jean Luc when their paths cross any an alliance of convenience is formed? Maybe the treasure isn’t the only thing at risk.

This was a quick listen for me but I again found the narration by Kristen Saburn highly enjoyable. The action scenes drew me in immensely. This is one of the first audiosI’ve listened to that doesn’t have any element of fantasy in it. I did enjoy it but spent quite a few moments wondering why they didn’t use their “powers” or fly or something.Then I had to remember they are humans. NOTE: while the audio was still considered clean there are moments that feel more like fade to black rather than fully closed door. But as I don’t do any spice I will note it didn’t cross any line of mine.
I ended up listening to this at 1.3x

Love Pirates Tales

Jean Luc is definitely a ladies man that fights for for he believes is right. This is a cute story of how this pirate captains walls break down for a special someone. it was good writing. The voice acting is excellent.

this pirate. travels a lot and has many lovers in ports . war and heartbreak.

A Pirate’s life

Plundered Hearts by Casey Holloway is an excellent pirate adventure romance. Kristen Saburn did an incredible job with the narration. The story is entertaining, exciting, interesting, funny, romantic, action packed, heartfelt, and more. A ladies man meets his match when he meets an infamous pirate queen. They join forces to defeat their enemies. The story takes place on the beautiful Caribbean Sea. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. Highly recommend.
