There are so many to choose from! Seeds have been and continue to be some of the most nutrient-dense foods available. They serve a variety of purposes, improve your health, and make a tasty addition to any meal. Seeds are high in fiber, low in sugar, contain essential fatty acids, protein, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. All of these work together to boost your cardiovascular health, manage blood sugar levels, improve cellular health, and aid digestion. Some of these seeds contain high amounts of specific nutrients that serve other purposes such as increasing fertility or preventing cancers. With so many benefits in a spoonful of seeds, adding them to your diet shouldn’t be a question at all.

As with any food, seeds can cause adverse reactions. Use the information in this book to understand what could happen, and always talk to a medical professional if you are uncertain about whether adding seeds to your diet is right for you. Introducing any new food to your body takes time, so don’t rush into eating a bunch of seeds on day one. This will only cause digestive discomfort and might put you off using seeds in the future. It is much better to introduce one type of seed at a time, and only consume a small amount (about a teaspoon) for several days before you build up to larger daily amounts. If you do want to get the benefit from multiple seeds, then purchase a mixed bag, and add them to your diet.

Great Book

I would recommend this Book for people looking to start a healthy turnaround and can't really change what they're eating. But throwing seeds in along with whatever you eat can help your gut health!

Most influential books you will listen I have read this book at least three times. Every time I read, eating seeds becomes an idea I'm not afraid of trying. seeds literally have all the nutrients you need in daily life by itself! so imagine adding them to anything you want!
