It takes a look at the latest research into how memory works. It considers the role of reading in developing memory skills.

Worth purchasing!

Memory can be best defined as our brain's ability to remember, accumulate, and recall information from our past experiences. It might be rather obvious why it's important that our brains are able to perform this type of capability, but it also may not be. Starting with when we're young, our brains are constantly attempting to adapt to our current environment. This book has obviously helped me in enhancing my memorization techniques.
