Wonderful, fast moving story from a gifted author

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

It was a great listen with a fresh, realistic main character to root for.

What did you like best about this story?

I loved that the main character is an older woman who doesn't let age get in her way when it comes to bringing in a killer.

Which scene was your favorite?

I loved the beginning when she accidently witnesses a shooting while taking pictures - great lead in to the story.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes it is and I did!

Any additional comments?

Can't wait for the sequel to come out as an audio book - I've read it and loved it, but something about having the story read aloud gives it a new life.

Photo Shoot

Would you consider the audio edition of Photo Shoot to be better than the print version?

Yes because I enjoy being able to do other things at the same time as listening to the book.

What did you like best about this story?

As I get older I enjoyed that a older woman was the hero, not to underestimate her.

Which character – as performed by D. Gaunt – was your favorite?

Linsay.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I extremely like the closure at the end when she confronted Jorge. I found the word maybe at the end to be cautious yet powerful.

Any additional comments?

Very good looking read (Listen) =)

Well written and intriguing

Where does Photo Shoot rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Although brief this story was well told and well narrated.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

I felt like I was hiding in the backseat with Lindsey as she made her way through this adventure.

What about D. Gaunt’s performance did you like?

I could hear and feel the emotion and stubbornness coming from each and every character. So refreshing when compared to the deadpan style of so many others I have heard.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I was amazed as the main character was able to step into the role of reporter at the shooting with calm collectiveness instead of freaking out as any normal person would have done.
