About this listen
Four young explorers, the sons and daughters of famous archaeologists...
...a ghostly steam train filled with doomed souls.
On an archaeological dig in North Dakota, the Young Explorers discover a town haunted by a steam train that crashes over and over again every night.
C.J. Kask and his friends accompany their parents to North Dakota, where a drought has revealed artifacts at the bottom of a newly dried up river. The artifacts lead to a mystery involving a crashed steam train, a long-lost member of an old west gang, and a present day town election.
Can the Young Explorers solve the mystery and stop the train from crashing so that all the souls on board can finally rest?

Interview with the Author
Q - Who is the Young Explorers series written for?
I wanted to write some thrilling, edge-of-your-seat adventures for my grandchildren and modeled them on Hardy Boys, Jonny Quest, and Indiana Jones. They're great for middle-grade boys and girls who love action & adventure with a mix of the fantasy and supernatural. Adults will find that they are fun as well.
Q- What order should I read them in?
Although you can read them in any order, I suggest the following:
- Inca Wraith
- Phantom Express
- Scottish Knight
