Ultimate book

As someone who doesn't regularly eat fish, I often relied on other sources of Omega 3 in my diet but the callout on blue mussels containing a decent amount has convinced me to include them in homemade dinners more often (Muscles in Curried Coconut Milk - here I come!)

Best book ever

I am not a fan of fish in general. Fish is a healthy item to add to our diets and I am trying. These are good recipes and I hope to be able to find some recipes I like. I know that fish is good for the heart and I do want to keep my heart healthy.

I've been researching ways to cut down my intake of meat. I love fish but sometimes don't know what to do with it! This cookbook is a great way to start thinking more healthily about plant-based meals and including fish as a great source of lots of vitamins and minerals, fats, and protein!

Such An Important Audio Book!

This is the audiobook that helped me institute the lifestyle correctly and successfully. Yes, it was about weight loss for me but also about healing and this wonderful audiobook is helping me get back to that.
