Wonderful

It's very good, I like it for feeling more inspired to start working on projects I normally put off. When the fear sets in, when the procrastination starts, I pop this on.

helps with performance at work

There's a jolt I feel after listening to this hypnosis program. It's subtle but it's been helping me stay on track. I've heard other programs from J J Hills and enjoy them as well, similar results.

That's Good

persistence pays off

Persistence really does pay off. It doesn't matter if you're growing a start up or climbing the corporate ladder. Hacking away day after day is what makes the difference. I'm reminded of this when I hear this program.

not for me<br />

not ideal for falling asleep to. firstly the voice starts off okay but then gets on your nerves.
first session ends with a wake up which is not on thee description. i incorrectly read this was ideal to improve your mindset when asleep.
so why the wake up.
why does it not talk you into relaxation too.
also the worst part is the stupid echoes on the voice.. really very annoying..
