Nourish Not Punish

Loved this book. If you’re tired of the same old fad diet game and never-ending rollercoaster of loosing and gaining weight, like I was for a long time: this book is your ticket out! I have several other books on the topic but enjoyed this one the most.

Never Binge?

Well, I binge-listened to this book  thank you Heather. I’ve been through so many things which are described in the book, that it makes it so relatable and feels like I arrived at a breakthrough in my life! This is an entertaining guide and I recommend it over other books.

Finally a diet that works for me

Although, I know it’s not really a diet, it did have a positive impact on my body. If you’re in doubt if this is for you, I suggest to give it a try, so did I and I feel, even if you keep doing your usual diet, be it Keto or Paleo or whatever, this can give you another perspective on your eating habits and help you in your journey to a being better you than you were yesterday!

Tired of being hungry all day and still not making progress? Or of making progress that didn’t stick? Well, if you’re like and you enjoy food but you can’t bring yourself to restricting your favorite foods and drinks, what do you do? I can only recommend to give this book a try.

True Inspiration

Highly Recommended

The diet I’ve been waiting for, turns out it’s not really a diet but more of a shift of how you look at food and diets. So far it worked for me, I lost some weight and have never felt this good.
