While I can appreciate the imagination of the author for me this is possibly the worst book I have ever encountered. By the title and the write-up one would assume some satire but I sure couldn't find any at all. Unless prepared to accept the fact that a colony of Amish humans would settle a new distant planet with their horses and buggies and not be affected, please pass this by. If you find this concept interesting, go for it.
