its an ok book...more of a reminder on the current business....but it is still relevant

Adapt or Die

Max keeps it simple, which is what he advises dealers to do.

This book should be required reading for everyone looking to be successful in the auto industry. Moreover, it should be read by owners, GMs, GSMs and dealership leadership.

The old ways of doing business are no longer acceptable and for those who do not take heed, will find they are losing market share and profitability....

Great book and well narrated. Conversational without over dramatizing.
