What did you love best about Pen Pals?

Prison - did not think I would enjoy this subject. Instead I did not want the book to end.
The story is told from the perspective of 3 women. I was sure these were 3 distinct women recording their voices. Outstanding narration of just 1 fooled me completely. You would be anxious with anticipation, cry tears of joy and sadness, and root for these women as if they are your friends. Author touches a nerve inside your soul, the way only few talented writers can do. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Very enjoyable

Wasn’t sure at the very beginning if I’d enjoy this book. I’m so glad I stayed with listening, as it was a fun book to hear. I needed a break from my WWII audios. I like this author. The narrator was very good at her job. Will try to find more of her readings.

I never get tired of this book

This book is full of excitement. I listen to this book at least once a month.
The author makes it very easy to relate to this story. So real and easy to understand. I would recommend this to any working female.
