Nice to rediscover this series after decades.

I feel like too much was left out in the abridged version. I usually avoid abridged versions. Should have known better.

Abridged!!!

Don’t buy if you want the entire book. Don’t buy if you’ve read the book! Buy only if you want a poor sampling of cliff notes! How is anyone supposed to understand Pegasus in Space, which is unabridged, if the first two books in the series are abridged?

it's truly disappointing to have purchased this book. it has been butchered by the edit of content. I'm not talking bad language or something that could be forgiven. No, they have simply cut out vast amounts of the actual content. I own the books for this series, and I regret buying this version.

Butchered! This is but a shadow of the book

The editing of the author's original cut the heart out of the book.
Too many essentials are gone. Peter emotions are flat. We get little sense of the evil lust of the Prince.
I'm disappointed to say the least.
