The stories about the degree of blatant irrationality for the goal of reproducing a workforce similar in taste and culture.

i had to put it at 2X speed most of the time. It's a fantastic 3 chapters if it were part of a larger book but no, every chapter has some good insight but damn.

A great inside into the high paying job's interview and selection process. Good read for MBA students and young people who are thinking to join the ranks.

Should have been much much shorter

Interesting read but very repetitive. Could have and should have been much shorter. I don’t understand why it needed to be this long

Incredible amounts of repetition - go for the cliffs notes version plus the appendix. Can not recommend.
