Whiney Baby

When you start a book out on defense of yourself, project and the mayor you sound like a baby. Start out with a positive not on the defense. I was listening during a workout and felt like I needed to go jump off something to relieve the depression.

Good summary for anyone in process improvement

I enjoyed hearing the successes and failures of their program, knowing that it wasn’t as easy to implement as it seemed. A must listen to book for anyone working on process improvement (lean and six sigma), not just those in government work.
