It really works!
About 90% of the time, I fall asleep before the recording is over. And even if I don’t fall asleep, I feel really relaxed. I love her soothing voice. It also combines mindfulness practice and suggesting positive thoughts. If you struggle with racing thoughts that keep you awake at night, then you absolutely need to try this audible!
