Mild anxiety is often temporary, and through personal education and growth, full recovery will occur and calm feelings will return. Many anxieties are caused by negativity and fear-provoking thoughts and unreasonable expectations. Curing "anxiety" can be complex and can include many different approaches. Sometimes medication can be helpful, and even necessary, but often it is not.

This CD is so effective that I recommended it to all my friends. For as long as I can recall, I have always been a worry person. My thoughts were always running amuck, What if I dont get the job, maybe now that I got it, I will be fired, or ill think my boss hates me. After using the CD as instructed, I have learned to have peace of mind; no longer am I constantly worrying needlessly. I am now able to relax, and enjoy life.

What disappointed you about Peace of Mind?
Most of the things in life are not worth worrying about since they are little things that won't come true, are based on your unsubstantiated insecurities, or you have no control over. Now for the real meat and potatoes - oh wait - that was the meat and potatoes of this book. No need to purchase it. You now have it all.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Wayne June?
The Narrator was fine. But the content of the book was very poor.

It was a great book. I listen to it every night before I go to bed. It has helped me to think more positive.
