Importance of forgiveness

This was a terrific mystery, lots of twists and turns. Also liked the attention paid to the different characters and their feelings.

Great book and great website

This website is great. Easy, fast, and inexpensive audio book downloads. I would definitely recommend it to all my audio book readers.

Don't Fit In My J.P. Beaumont Top List

Would you try another book from J. A. Jance and/or Gene Engene?

Yes I will, several of them because J.A. Jance is one of my favorite authors.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

Rather different and unexpected.

What three words best describe Gene Engene’s performance?

He is doing a fair job but a male & female performance team would be appreciated.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

J.A. Jance is doing well in several parts of the story.

Any additional comments?

Too much space for that Kramer creep who turns this story to be comic.

Excellent JP Beaumont, but the recording

Loved it, if your going through the series I don't need to tell you to continue enjoying it. But Audible needs to seriously question the costs of these older recordings. I hate to complain but the audio book voice overs monitor headphones give so much feedback. They are obviously turned up to high in reference to the recording channel. Maybe tech talk to you but an easy fix....

Well Done--Enjoyed

Interesting and well performed. Plot only somewhat predictable. Well enough written that I have purchased several other J A Jance books.

Good for insomniacs

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

The story! Normally I can't stop listening, this was literally sending me to sleep.

What was most disappointing about J. A. Jance’s story?

It just didn't draw me in at all.

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

I love this reader normally, he sounded bored and so I was bored.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

Disappointment
