I think I'm reasonably open-minded; however, sometimes this author's content seems to go over the edge of being worthwhile to ponder seriously.

The book is fascinating, but there is a long chapter that sounded like it was intended to be a guided meditation that they never bothered to add music to and it carries on for a long time. the recording is not edited well so it repeats lines multiple times throughout.

I really enjoyed learning about this past life regression I already ordered the cd I can't wait.
