Can the voice of the readers be switch to a different one?

The situations are so real.👍🏼. Advice Good👍🏼
Kirk's tones while he is reading / acting are so exaggerated that my attention gets interrupted with such vivid enactment of the
situations w my kid at home. Not pleasant.
I wish it were possible to switch the voice as it is possible in the navigation systems. I will look for the kindle or paper book version.

Excellent content

This audiobook has excellent content, and started out with fabulous father and son narrators, unfortunately several of the later narrator women were not quite as good, one was even hard to listen to but it was worth hearing and I will listen again to try to digest the parts that my brain tuned out.

Honestly changed our lives

I have read a LOT of books on parenting and this was, by far, the most effective, most direct, most thorough, and most interesting one I have ever read. Ever! This was truly life-changing. I am so grateful

Some stuff I absolutely do not agree with

The beginning is better than the end. Some suggestions I believe are ridiculous but I gave 4 stars because I did get some good points.

Friendly constructive criticism:0)

I’m sorry I bet it’s a very good book but where I have gotten it off auto book my kids hear it and I really wanted them to understand lots in life but let me tell u “ you don’t know me “ lol I’m sorry but that’s the shortest way to explain one of the major concerns with ur book because I can’t even finish listening to it u til after the holiday break because I understand u don’t mean “you know “ like u r a magic mystical creature who just has a way of knowing everyone’s thoughts but you see my children wouldn’t and they might start assuming things and using the wrong words and we’ll I’m 35 years old and I’m still trying to get the exact words right because sometimes we take everything say and done in this world too literal….. just something to consider in the next book you’re right thank you for reading and I will finish once I get a some ear things to listen without my children eases dropping because u have lots of very good points only thing is my kids have a real problem right now with my divorce 6 years ago and I can’t have them hearing everything that should have been different all at once I’m scared they might trigger bad memories of some of the tragedies we have experienced but I only wrote up this so that you can understand that the world is in a crisis right now and sometimes we just don’t get the books at the right time I’m sorry if this hurt your feelings I was just expressing my concern thank you good luck and I look forward to reading your future books and not on audible I prefer my own tone when reading any good book or story

Yours truly

Amazing!!! Parenting saviour!

I first found out about Casey and Kirk through one of their books that I had randomly found in audible. I was at a point in my life and parenting life with 4 kids and wanted a new approach I could see what we were doing wasn’t what we had planned for and sat and thought about the kind of people I wanted my children to be well rounded, kind caring thoughtful people who didn’t just live in this bubble. I could see that they were becoming entitled and didn’t have a clear view of the would don’t get me wrong they are good kids and listen 86% of the time. Whole listening to the tips and the lessons they had for me i could really see what it is i was doing it opened my eyes to everything i was handling wrong and the effects it was having so instead of opening up and communicating with me my kids were afraid that I would blow or be mad. I also realised I had a huge problem micro managing my kids especially my teen in. Other words i was turning into everyone’s nightmare i was becoming my mother! (She is great and all especially now that I am older) but i was that rebellious teen bouncing off the walls and i could see how my actions as a parent were impacting my kids. I have learnt so much from this book and the best part about it is unlike other self help books it was funny and entertaining it kept me engaged

amazing praxtical tools in easy to follow format

I love this audio! the format of short stories by different professionals makes it so easy to listen and go back over the key points. it has empowered me to make healthy goals for my teen and myself. the part on social media is so true and needs much more emphasis in the world today. listen, share and enjoy the peace these techniques can bring to you and your family.

which flight are they catching?

Too fast. Understand u need to put your onion on voice. Not sure what is the hurry. Allow listeners to hear your words. it's as worst as having the emotional run teenager. Almost like puking.
