Publisher's Summary

Avoiding mistakes, learning skills, and valuing the role of the father are central to the themes of this parenting guide. Learn how to improve your parenting skills from an experienced parent and deep thinker.

You must be doing a lot right already, and parenting is not an easy job, but with the relationship rewards and the fulfillment that countless individuals have expressed, it’s worth the effort.

Many parents have been puzzled over boundaries, time management, and control. If you jump into parenting without any foreknowledge or you base all your assumptions and patterns on what your parents taught you, you’re bound to make some mistakes. Nobody is perfect, but some mistakes can be avoided by learning about what others have done and how that worked out for them.

You will learn things like:

  • How to plan, reward, prioritize, and evaluate your time
  • Becoming better at multi-tasking, controlling emotions, and managing your finances while raising children
  • Ways to set healthy boundaries, make them clean up their rooms, or eliminate distractions
  • Terrible mistakes the author has seen parents make, with all the inevitable consequences that came with those mistakes
  • How being too controlling, having bedtime inconsistency, or bad nutrition make all the difference in how your children feel and behave
  • Things that children said they loved most about their parents
  • The value of a functioning father in the home
  • How superdads can think of games, use their imagination, and spark new life in their discouraged children
  • Thoughts on role models, fatherhood, and mentioned cases

This audiobook will truly take you to the other side of parenting with examples, funny anecdotes, horrifying mistakes, valuable insights, and wise advice. Don’t wait. Get it now!

Get this!

I mean, can you find another parenting book that teaches better values and tricks than this one? I sometimes get sick of people telling me how to raise my kids, but this was very non-judgmental, and the author knew a lot about the subject.

Conclusion: Get this almost 3 hour book for a price that is pretty low for its length. The information was wonderful.

Parenting can be great!

This guide has shown me all the things that are going well. I love the idea about complimenting kids, the parenting styles, and other ways we can help our kids. Very interesting. Written by a parent, obviously.

Very vabluable

The author definitely thought about this. Rene Fisher points out the various aspects of parenting, and shows pros and cons to the different methods you can use. I liked this book because it was a good deal for the amount of information you get.

Also, I think many parents don't take their job seriously enough or simply follow the pattern of their own parents without taking things into proper perspective. That's another reason why a book like this can make such a big difference.

There is a lot

There is a lot of helpful advice in here. Skip the complainers. Listen to the book and get out of it what you can. The trolls on the internet are wrong. This book is awesome.

Nice guide

Parenting has become such a complex issue nowadays, with opinions left and right bringing us all kinds of helpful or sometimes confusing advice. This guide is an excellent opinion, in my opinion, also based on some scientific facts in some cases. And I like to recommend it to others.

Fun to listen to

I recognized some of the experiences since I've had to raise kids on my own. Those children can definitely test you. Lovely book indeed.

Excellent book

This guide was shown to me by a friend. I took a look at it and got it. It's a longer book, but the content is not a bunch of fluff. There are some really valuable lessons in here. Highly recommended.
