Motivation gets you started; good habits keep you going!

Has living under the threat of COVID-19 begun to wear you down?

Are you experimenting with lack of motivation, changes in eating or sleeping habits, or irritability?

If at least one of these questions got your attention, then keep reading....

Pandemic fatigue is not a medical condition, but a term used to describe the natural response people feel to the prolonged uncertainty and disruption caused by a pandemic. While each person reacts differently, some common signs of pandemic fatigue include lack of motivation, stress over tasks that would generally be handled well, changes in eating or sleeping habits, irritability, feelings of hopelessness, and difficulty concentrating. Many “have made huge sacrifices to contain COVID-19,” says Dr. Hans Kluge, World Health Organization Regional Director for Europe. “In such circumstances, it is easy and natural to feel apathetic and demotivated to experience fatigue.”

But now, can you imagine yourself as a successful, extremely happy, and emotionally fulfilled person who is enjoying every single day or his or her life and leaving no regrets behind? This is the kind of person we will teach you to be in extreme conditions, like lockdown or quarantine.

Take a look at only a few things you are going to get out of this book:

  • What is pandemic fatigue and how to beat it with proven strategies
  • How to build self-discipline
  • Quarantine routine: how to know if you are developing bad habits at home

And remember: ”When nothing is sure, everything is possible”, even in the worst moments of human history!

Now, it is your turn to take action.

Best audio book on this topic I have listen

This is a very interesting audio book. Author brings the science, politics, history, and suffering to life. Although the subject could be dry and boring, the history of some of these outbreaks is brought to life in a very real and interesting way.

Full of fascinating information

This book succeeds in dramatically describing the unfolding of what is considered the worst pandemic in human history. It is amazing how many things our current pandemic has in common with previous pandemics. Very nice.

This book was incredible. I learned about the flu virus, past pandemics, what we've done to combat the flu and what we still need to learn. Also deeply understand the disease and its parallels with the current world pandemic.

Amazing Audible Book

This book incorporates realistic situations and the characters are very believable. I have been concerned with epidemics they could be spread worldwide viruses that are not able to be eradicated.I feel using that as a storyline was gripping and had me at the edge of my seat.
