Most of the recipes call for common ingredients. There are a variety of recipes for breakfasts, soups, starters & side dishes, meats, and more! These recipes are easy to follow. It's a great resource for beginner and advanced instant pot users!

A very helpful book!

In my case, I decided to follow the Paleo Diet when my husband was diagnosed with multiple different conditions, including Type II diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. At that time, I had very little knowledge about that topic because I hadn’t experienced that in my entire life.

Beautiful

It would be better if the eBook was equipped with more information about how to operate the Paleo Diet on a daily scale. It would be the best if there was a sample menu for a whole week or a month.
