Paleo diet!

Out of all the diet: Intermittent fasting, Keto, Atkins, Paleo diet is the best for me, it makes so much sense than you think about it. Our ancestors ate like this for way more years then we do know and looked way better when fat people these days, so let’s do it, people. Paleo is the way to go!

Story.

I was always extra size person. I was bullied in school for that, staying at home all the time, was afraid of myself. 1 year I ago I started working out with one personal trainer who motivated me to start taking action, I lost over 50 pounds with him. Thank you, Ben!. Now I do everything myself, I am happy the way I look. But I am constantly looking for a different way to improve my health. This Paleo book was one of those ways to improve. It is a good quality book, with great information inside. Love it!

Hmm...

This book made me think a lot. I decided to buy this book three weeks ago. I listened to it- not bad. I started applying strategies then. I got a loss of a few pounds in the first week, didn’t feel anything different, but as I the time went by I noticed that the way I eat helped me to perform in my job better, I don’t feel lack of energy at the end of my work day and I come back in a better mood. I think that happened by accident. Recommend this book.

Paleo is the best diet!

For me “Paleo diet for beginners” is the best book I have purchased in a long time. The results I got from it were very good, I lost 5 pounds in 5 business day while I was still working and maintaining old behaving habits, changing only the nutrition part. I think that this great book will guide my family and me to a better lifestyle and we all are gonna fallow it for a long time. Recommend.

Easy to listen.

My main criteria when it comes to audio books ofcourse is narration and if the book is poorly narratd I don’t even bother myself to listen to it. With this Paleo for baginners book that wasn’t the case. The narrators voice was smooth, understandable. The content itself in my opinion is worth your attention. Detail explanations give, guides, meal plan, everything you need! Recommend!

Paleo!

Paleo diet is the only diet that made me los weight and feel so light. I could never imagine that quit eating all those grains is going to effect my life that much, feels like impossible, but it did just that, amazing!

Paleo, Keto, Dash, Intermittent fasting, all these diets work, people just have to take action, When it
comes to quality, I would credit this book and say it is the best I have tried so far. I lost a couple of
pounds in the first week with no exercising, because I hate to exercise. Recommend this book.

Recommend to everybody.

This Paleo diet book is a great example of a well made practical guide. Most of the time I find a krap
book which is self-made and not useful, but this one is different, it has every detail covered in a simple
way, not hard to understand. More importantly, this Paleo diet approach works, at least for me.

Paleo diet!

This diet book helped me a lot. I remember how many issues I had with my extra weight, always
struggling to do things, always afraid to show up in public less dressed. One thing this diet gave me is
confidence, I am much more confident now when I was before. Big thank you!

Good good good!

This great info combination I would not call a book, I would call it a nutrition guide, which is helping me a lot at the moment. I eat according to the rules. What result did I get? I got pretty much everything a little bit; I feel better, lost a couple of pounds as well. I am happy.

A must have Paleo diet!

First I heard about this diet it really made me feel confused because I have never heard about this eating method, but as long as I dived deeper into it it opened my mind and made me think more about what I eat and how I live healthy life. Highly recommend!

I am more than happy to give this book 5-star review and spend my time writing it. I was a pleasure to listen top this book, Narrators voice was so nice and clear, no difficulties in understanding the book. Very interesting strategies and methods were given, I got great result doing that especially when it comes to the performance of the day and weight loss. Highly recommend trying this book!

I recommend this book.

I recommend the Paleo diet for beginners for all people who tried many diets and diet books and didn’t get any result of them. This book delivered great results for me. In 3 weeks, I lost over 10 pounds of extra body weight. I am more than happy about that. Love Paleo and this great guide.

Love it.

It's hard to explain how much this book gave me in recent days, I insisted my whole family to start living this lifestyle or at least give in a try, together we are cooking, training already for 2 weeks, no ever my younger brother keeps going! Amazing!

The best.

Probably the best diet book of all. Out of all Keto, Intermittent Fasting. Vegetarian diet books and Paleo, of course, I found this book most interesting to me. I lost 5 pounds in 10 days easily with the strategies that this book is explaining. I am very happy about this great book!

3 pounds in 3days

The title says correctly, I pushed myself really hard and I am getting closer to the result I want. I lost 3
pounds in first 3 days, after that I lost extra 5 in next 10 days, I expected more, but still, I keep going, the
goal is 50 so still a long way to go. Recommend this book!

If you want to hear my recommendation, here it is:

This Paleo diet book is not bad, it looks like it has the information, the narration and sound of the book could be better, but still, the content and structure is good, grammar I found some mistakes, so it is not top top quality. I recommend this book for a person who wants to learn Paleo and looks for all the information in one place.

Love this diet!

I love this diet approach. My whole family began living this lifestyle, I consulted with my doctor if right now and if my kids can do that and he said yes. We all are doing this diet now and feeling really well. Thank you, no illness since we started, will see how it goes.

Together

Me and my wife started doing this diet a week ago, we started together because it is way easier to eat and cook together rather than separately. We both don’t feel any issues, seems like nothing much changed but the method is very good, maybe stomach feels a little lighter that before. Recommend!

Best book

In the diet niche, I have tried many books, but the Paleo diet for beginners book is the best in my opinion. It is the only book that motivated me to completely change my lifestyle and fallow the guide that the book has. Recommend.
