Well-explained

The book explained other types of Paleo aside from the one I am familiar with. The healthy benefits on digestion, allergies and other diseases are very important. I still think it is important to consult doctors before lunging into any diets in case the side effects might backfire.

Been making a lot of research on different diets

Been making a lot of research on different diets like Mediterranean, Paleo and Ketogenic diet. Paleo has this distinct health benefit of brain enhancement and improving gut health aside from the obvious weight loss. Paloe sounds good to me.

This is a Paleo diet guide for beginners who know nothing about it. Very basic information on different types of paleo and its health benefits. I specifacally like its purpose on our gut health which I know is one of the most important part of our body.

I am trying to figure out the better diet between

I am trying to figure out the better diet between Paleo and Mediterranean. There are cases that Paleo with benefit me more while sometimes Mediterranean is easier to follow. Overall, they have been both great listen. I will see which diet is easier to adjust to and will work better in the long run.

cutting off unhealthy foods to our lifestyle

Medically-speaking, there is something in this diet that helps our gut. The way most of us eat is not helping our guts. This diet aims to prevent any Gastrointestinal disease and any others that may relate to gut diseases by cutting off unhealthy foods to our lifestyle. The book also mentioned different kinds of paleo including pegan paleo and ketogenic paleo. I am thinking of giving keto paleo a try.

encourages authentic and natural foods

Overall, it's a good audiobook to listen to. The narrator has a nice voice. The Paleo diet is low on carbs but high on proteins. It's not low on fat which is significant for me. While Paleo encourages authentic and natural foods, it eliminates the additive, salt and other preservatives used in processed foods.

Generally covered how Paleo diet can help in losing weight. Based on its ancient origins, this diet have worked for a long time. That alone is convincing enough. It's worth considering the side effects though.

looks promising

My husband liked the Mediterranean diet but I saw this Paleo diet and looks promising. It's a bit short but mentioned all the kinds of paleo diet, health benefits (lots of them), side effects, and foods that are on Paleo. Not bad!

This has been an eye-opening book.

This has been an eye-opening book. In just about 29 minutes, the book went into detail about what the paleothic diet is and it's origin, why it succeeds, types of paleo diet, benefits aside from weight loss, side effects, getting started and suggested meal plan.

Done in just 20 minutes ( I speed it up a bit). The book did not go around the bush. Instead, just provided the whole idea of the Paleo diet in a nutshell.

Bought it based on recommendations. One of my first diet books for beginners. It has its pros and cons. The book's transparent to provide both. Some may find it helpful even though it is just 30 minutes or less.
