This book has a ton of procedures to tell about .

The remarkable benefits we could get in this diet had given me enough confidence to pursue Paleo Diet. The simple drawbacks, how to get prepared for what would ensue in the diet, an extensive meal plan that includes every single thing that should and should not be consumed, and finally twenty authentic recipes to make our weight loss journey a little more colourful and tasty. This kind of diet is primarily focused almost selectively on authentic, unprocessed foods that have been prevalent for thousands of years.

This is a good guide for a Paleo beginner like me. As I listened to the audio, I was able to clarify that eating rich in protein and carbohydrates foods are okay as long as I would do it in moderation.

This is a good guide for a Paleo beginner like me. As I listened to the audio, I was able to clarify that eating rich in protein and carbohydrates foods are okay as long as I would do it in moderation. It was properly explained by the narrator whose voice is pleasing to my ears. I take note of the lists of safe foods to consume and those that are not. Now, I have a long lists of foods to remember.Since I want to lose weight, following this guide would be safer. I would know that because my friend used this method and she lose weight before her wedding. I always keep in mind to eat with the safe foods under Paleo standard with right moderation.

I like listening to this audio.

I agree that our body needs a right amount of food everyday. Unlike to any diet that says carbohydrates are a no-no, in this book, it advise the listeners to eat the right amount of carbohydrates. It's okay to eat whenever we are hungry until we are full even if it means in between meals. It states the advantages of being in a Paleo diet and assure the listeners that it is the right choice. It also encourage the listeners to have a moderate protein foods. It also add lists of foods rich in proteins which are okay for a Paleo diet standard.

Cooking diferrent

Diet cookbook is the one that i am looking and to cook everyday meal. This will add on my recipe book. My first recipe to cook with this book is the roasted roots ratatouille, it was goo but didn't look good when i cooked it. I will try some recipes maybe i will perfect it next time i cook. Great recipe to cook.
