Great read
I quickly got hooked by the story and then needed to follow in the lives of the characters. I found the book so relatable to my own coming of age story and so uplifting for my future. Thanks Hallie Lee for a great read.

Y’all should listen to this audiobook!
Hallie Lee’s debut novel is a Hollywood-worthy drama set in small-town America. As an Aussie listener, I found the audiobook narrator’s (Kathy Fox Vancil) southern accents delightful! Her pacing and intonation superbly rounded off Lee’s cast of colourful characters.

Swept away
I was swept away by this story, and the dramatization by the narrator. I felt as if I were right there with Desi and Robin, two characters who were so beautifully written they'll stay with me forever. I'm a new fan of Hallie Lee and Kathy Fox Vancil. I can't wait for more books in this series.
